Methods of Payment
It's easy to make a purchase at our calling
card store. For your convenience, we accept VISA,
MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal.
However we only accept cards that have been issued
in Canada or the United States. Please note that all
our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars. If
you would rather not use your credit card online
from your home computer, you can have your order
processed by calling a customer service
representative at 1-877-628-0313. Currently, we do
have discounts available for our customers.
Returning Products Purchased Online
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your
calling card(s) by email,
if you are not
satisfied with your order, we not accept refund any
calling card(s), you may exchange your card to
comparably value other calling card by phone,
mailing or email your calling card(s) with a copy of
your emailed invoice to:

Before mailing or emailing your calling card please
call our Toll Free number 1-877-628-0313 to receive
your EX number. Also, the charge will apply for
this services.
IMPORTANT: Sold calling card(s) and free calling
card(s) exchange without an EX number will be
refused. Your EX number is valid for 14 days.
Simply exchange the calling(s) in the same condition
as when you purchased it when we made mistake, with
all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. We
would be pleased to exchange to 14 days after your
receive your calling card(s).
Please note that refunds are not available on all
Huatone Telecom consumable products such as calling
card(s). If defective, these products may be
exchanged within 30 days of receiving them. Shipping
and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable. Rates
and minutes are subject to change without notice.
Huatone Telecom not responsible if lost or
stolen your card(s).
All products (both defective and non-defective) must
be exchanged in their original purchase condition,
with the original packing material or blank warranty
cards or manuals and any other item or accessory
provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the
event that a exchange order has items missing or
used, the order may be refused, or the value of the
missing materials may be deducted from the total
credit amount.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy
to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal
age of majority and wish to purchase from our online
store, please have a parent or legal guardian make
the purchase for you.
Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most
up-to-date and accurate information. In the event
that an error does occur, we reserve the right to
correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit
an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct
the error on our web site. In the event that you are
shipped an incorrect product(s), we will gladly
accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.
