Frequently asked questions about our local Phone service
To connect your Huatone i-BOX local phone service for the first time, just follow these easy steps based on your particular voice package and broadband access.
Getting Connected:
1. Disconnect your existing RJ-45 Network Cable from your computer and insert into the port labeled WAN.
2. Connect one of the RJ-11 Telephone Cables into the wall jack (if applicable) and insert other end into port
labeled LINE.
3. Connect your telephone into the port labeled PHONE1.
4. Connect your secondary telephone into the port labeled PHONE2 (if applicable).
5. Connect the supplied
RJ-45 Network Cable into the port labeled
ENET and insert the other end into your
computer.
6. Plug in the Power Adapter to your wall outlet.
